Westwood

All of our home games (for both U12B and 3-4th Grade teams) are played at Westvale Park in Westwood (your website lists Berkeley Field and Westwood HS). There are two softball fields there. Please update your Directions page for Westwood with following:

Westvale Park:

The Westvale Park complex is located behind the Westwood Recycling Center (235 Harrington Avenue, Westwood, NJ 07675), entrance to complex is just east of Harrington Ave & Sand Road intersection. When entering the complex, stay to the right to get to parking lot.

• Girls Softball C ("Upper") Field - as you pull into parking lot, field is located on the left (upper field closest to parking lot).

• Softball B Field - as you pull into parking lot, field is located straight ahead and on the left, behind the 60x90 baseball field (look for Westwood Softball shed). Park and walk on path between C Field and baseball field, down to B Field.

• 


From Garden State Parkway northbound:

• Take Exit 168 toward WASHINGTON/WESTWOOD/HOHOKUS.

• Stay right on Washington Ave (502 East).

• Drive 2.1 miles into center of Westwood (as you approach RR tracks, stay right lane). At Washington/Broadway light make slight left onto Westwood Ave.

• Next light make slight right onto Harrington Ave.

• Pass Berkeley School and Berkeley School field, entrance to Westvale Park complex is on your right just past Sand Road.

From Route 4 Westbound (coming from Hackensack area):

• Take the FOREST AVE. ramp toward MAYWOOD/WESTWOOD. Stay right to get on Forest Ave toward Westwood.

• Drive 4.1 miles, at fork stay right to go onto Fourth Avenue (which then turns into Third Ave).

• Go to end, make Right onto Washington Avenue (stay right lane).

• Go straight through light onto Westwood Ave.

• Next light make slight right onto Harrington Ave.

• Pass Berkeley School and Berkeley School field, entrance to Westvale Park complex is on your right just past Sand Road.

From Route 17 South (coming from Ramsey area):

• Take Route 17 South, exit at E SADDLE RIVER RD/VAN EMBURGH AVE/SADDLE RIVER.

• Continue on E.Saddle River Rd for approx 0.9 miles, make Right onto Wearimus Road (CR 502 East).

• Wearimus will turn into Washington Ave. After you pass Garden State Parkway entrance, go through three lights (Pascack, Lafayette, Irvington). There are RR tracks at 4th light, here make a slight left onto Westwood Ave.

• Next light make slight right onto Harrington Ave.

Pass Berkeley School and Berkeley School field, entrance to Westvale Park complex is on your right just past Sand Road.
